Short and guided, no ego. Train one body part, or run a full session and let Coach Dom talk you through every rep and rest out loud.

Like the breathing sessions over at The Dose, but for your whole body. Every move comes with a myth check, because the gym is where bad advice goes to get loud.

Tip: turn your sound on. Coach reads each cue with a beat in between so you can actually move.

How the staff verify (so you don't have to take our word for it)

Every myth check on this page got run through The Gym Stoplight before it reached you. Eli pulls the studies, Coach Dom checks the training science, Henry flags anything that touches a supplement or a stimulant, and Dr. Claire calls it when a move belongs in a clinic, not a comment section.

Green means the evidence backs it. Amber means "it depends, and here's on what." Red means the internet is lying to you again. Each verdict carries a named source you can look up yourself.

Educational, not medical. These are general fitness cues, not a prescription or a diagnosis. If a movement causes sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, or chest pressure, stop and check with a clinician or a licensed physical therapist. New to lifting, pregnant, or returning from injury? Get cleared first.

If training or food has started to feel like a punishment, or the number on the scale is running your day, that is worth talking to someone about. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline can help: 1-866-662-1235.
